2. Orders & Payments

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise noted.

  • Payment is processed securely at the time of purchase.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Standard worldwide delivery takes 7–14 business days, depending on destination.

  • Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Exchanges

  • If your product arrives defective or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or repair under our 1-year limited warranty.

  • Returns for other reasons (such as change of mind) are not accepted due to the custom nature of sabers.

5. Warranty

  • All sabers include a 1-year limited warranty covering electronics and workmanship.

  • Warranty does not cover misuse, dueling beyond intended use, or unauthorized modifications.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use of the products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

7. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

  • Any disputes will be handled in Swedish courts, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection law.
