Refund policy
(EU Right of Withdrawal)
As a customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right:

Notify us within 14 days by email at untoldsabers@gmail.com.

Return the product to our company address in Sweden within 14 days of notifying us.

The product must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
If the product shows signs of use, damage, or modification, we reserve the right to deduct from the refund or refuse the return in accordance with EU consumer law.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The original shipping cost to you (which is included in the product price) will be refunded along with the product price if the return is accepted.
Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be changed or canceled before shipment only.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be changed, canceled, or withdrawn.
Warranty
All sabers are covered by a 1-year limited warranty.
This warranty covers:

Electronics failures (cores, soundboards).

Broken or defective blades.

Missing or defective hilt parts.
If an issue arises during the warranty period, we will arrange repair or replacement at no cost to you.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidents.

Damage from dueling beyond intended use.

Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
In some cases, repairs may be handled directly through our authorized repair center in the United States, ensuring faster resolution.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your saber arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at untoldsabers@gmail.com with photos or video of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with your rights.
